Weight is one of the major factor for a person to stay healthy. Although many people think that being overweight is something that should be taken care of. Most people do not drink enough water in a day period. As water is our body’s main chemical component, which is 60% of our body weight. Lack of water can cause dehydration. Even mild dehydration can cause you to loose energy and make you feel tired. And this is not a good sign for underweight people.
