Worked out for a bit today, walked on the treadmill for about ten minutes plus 20 sit-ups.  I also played on the Wii Fit today.  Seemed to go pretty good, my Wii Fit age is only five years off and I brought my age down after 16 minutes of working out.  I'm going to try to keep at it for the rest of the week and see how I am.  I feel pretty good, worked out some stress and I should sleep pretty well tonight.  Overall, I feel pretty good, not stressed, not anxious or depressed.  Thumbs up to working out.
