'Do-It-Herself' workshops at Greensboro Home Depot

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The "honey-do" list just got a lot shorter.The new "ladies night" for some women in the Piedmont Triad isn't at a restaurant or bar, but at The Home Depot.The home improvement store is offering "Do-It-Herself" workshops. These are classes that are specifically for women -- teaching them how to do different improvement or repair projects at home."We usually have about 100, sometimes close to 200 ladies here," Jennifer Bradley, a supervisor at The Home Depot on South Elm-Eugene Street in Greensboro , said.Barbara Foy is a specialty assistant manager at the same location.
