Study finds tracking workout, diet habits via text messages could improve healthy routines

Levine, who succeeds Channing Tatum , was surprised at being crowned the "Sexiest Man Alive" because he thought the title was reserved for movie stars, not for musicians. "As a musician, you have fantasies that you want to win Grammys, but I didn't really think this was on the table," said Adam. "I was just amazed and stunned, and it almost seemed like they were kidding, but they weren't, so that's cool." Levine, who's engaged to Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo, currently stars on the hit reality-TV competition "The Voice" alongside the newly-slim Christina Aguilera . Adam has practiced yoga since 2006, saying yoga has improved his life in every way and has even made him more successful . "[Yoga has] made me more successful," he said. "I love it and don't know what I'd do without it." Levine does an hour of yoga every day, whether he's at home or on the road, calling the daily conditioning workouts an investment in his happiness . Adam also loves the convenience of yoga. Yoga's a form of meditation, an investment in happiness for the rest of my life. You dont need anything but a few feet of space and a mat.
