I set a goal to lose 5% of my weight. I usually do that it in increments of 5% as to not get overwhelmed. Does anyone else want to help me. This is my favorite group, and well one I think that can really help out. So.... anybody else want to lose some weight? And perhaps we can all get step odometers to see how far we can walk as a group. Kinda set it up like a trip. Like we are walking from alaska to florida. But I will take any and all suggestions. What do you gals think?
