I am soooo having one of those days,but find myself in such friggin anxiety war fare.... thought i had a tame on it.....i did for over a year and now i find myself ready to have a heart attack... I know I wont, but I am being a little dramatic here. The computer problems, the work ( I am grateful for) but overwhelmed and the driving, the kids, the sponsees, ect..... I even took a great drive day and got away for the day and had a good time, thought it would reprieve me, I am in the meditation group, I know I am venting. I have you ladies to vent to and I hope I am not like ramblin on to oblivion here, just want to breathe without my heart rate goin 1000 miles per hour.
