I have been having all kinds of problems since i was 13...ranging from endo and Gi problems, to anxiety and urology problems, back problems, pain in my butt muscles down to my knees, and migraines. Anyways, my last appointment I talked to my OBGYN about eveything I've been going through pain wise, and how my other doctors think my endo might have came back. We talked for awhile, then out of nowhere her eyes lit up and and she says I bet I know what's wrong with you. She then did a pelvic exam and pushed 5 or so trigger points internally, all of which made we want to jump off the table. She said that it mean my pelvic muscles are too tight, which is causing all of my bowel and urine problems, and all of my pain (including during sex). After thinking about it, I bet this is whats wrong with a lot of women on here, so I just want my story to be out there. She is referring me to physical therapy, where they do the opposite of kegels (goal being to relax the muscles instead of tighten), and if that doesnt work, she's referring me to another dr. for endo. She's confident though, that PT will make my pain go away.

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
