I'm hoping someone else has been through this before...my husband's name was the only name on the mortgage to our house...but both of us were on the title. No one seems to know what that means for my house. I own it, but the mortgage co. won't talk to me. I am going to meet with a lawyer, I think I have to get adminitratorship (there wasn't an estate). But I don't know what that will mean...I will need to eventually sell it, but even the mortgage broker we used when we bought the house hasn't run into this in 20 yrs of business. Can I assume the mortgage, just keep paying as is till I sell or do I have to refiance (which I can't afford to do)...any suggestions????

Has any experienced Hypomania while on Lamictal?I increased Lamictal two weeks ago and having lots Hypomanic episodes out of the blue, with no idea what the trigger is.In reading the patient insert I see that it has been reported to causing Hypomania as it has some antidepressant properties.I also increased Quetiapine at the same time. These are not big increases and was under the doctors...
