The love of my life passed away about 7 months ago but I feel so alone. We were the best of companions (married for 25 years), which was evident by us being together always and jointly facing lifes challenges. We loved living together..."live well, laugh often and love life" was us. I miss my wife so very much. I've been shedding tears daily. Going anywhere in my neighborhood is a constant reminder of who is missing in my life because we always were together. I nolonger listen to music because it is too painful to her the tunes we loved so much (she was Cher/Ike/Diana and I was Sonny/Ike/Marvin...she could carry a tune I can't). I can't find the strenght to enjoy the ritualistic events in life, like Christmas and New Years, because my companio is gone...we always went about this special times together. When does the pain stop of lossing the most important person in your life?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
