has anyone else experienced panic attacks? It's only been 3 weeks since Jim died - and although I've never experienced a panic attack before I find that whenever I am going someplace for the first time since he died - my heart starts racing and I get a little light headed. It happened at the grocery store - and then again today going back to work for the first time. These are not even places that I associate with Jim...it just seems that I keep thinking that the last time I was there - he was alive.
