Has any one here read "The Makers Diet"? I enjoyed it and learned a lot. Even when we think we are eating healthy in today misleading world we are not. I have learned how to read food labels and have studied nutrition for 3 years now. I have many great recipes that ARE truly healthy and good. My tips for today is to stay away from sugar, hydrogenated oils and white flower; and do NOT replace the sugar with any artificial sweetener - They are all horrible for you. Try stevia instead.
