i have changed the way i not only buy food(making healthier choices)......but how i cook and consume it as well. i started my "new way of life" plan on january 6th, 2008 and weighed 296.5 at that time! i call it my "new way of life" plan b/c i have found that losing weight and eating healthy isn't something you do for a short time! it's something that has to be a "forever" life change.... in order to not only lose....but keep it off after you do lose it! although i have been struggling lately with personal family and health issues....i have lost a total of 28 pounds so far! i have made a short term goal to be at 260#'s by may 6th,2008! feel free to come join me and help me( and yourself) on the road to better health and a leaner/healthier body! i'd love to hear from you!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
