OMG! WE ARE HALF WAY THROUGH THE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE! AND...AS USUAL....I DID GOOD.... RIGHT UP UNTIL LATE NIGHT! THEN....I BLEW IT! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON HOW I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THE LATE NIGHT HOURS WITHOUT TOTALLY BLOWING MY WHOLE DAYS EFFORTS? THING IS.....IF I AM AWAY FROM HOME.....AND DON'T GET IN UNTIL LATE....I HAVE NO PROBLEM AT ALL! BUT...IF I AM HERE DOING NOTHING....I END UP CRAVING AND EATING!
