I am a married mother with 5 children,I work a full time job.I have been overweight before and lost a ton of weight,then when I had my 2 son's the weight came back on. I currently weigh over 200 lbs., in a size 24 jeans, I am 5'7 in height. I have no energy, I am just so tired all the time.When I get hungry I eat, no matter what it is.I need help please. I don't know what to eat or how much of something. will someone please assist me with this. I would like to live a long, healthy life with my family.
