Everyday, tell yourself to be ready for change. Be ready for challenges that may come or opportunities that may present themselves. Everyday, prepare yourself to make choices about what you want from life and what you plan on in the future. Remind yourself to follow through on your ideas and to contiually work toward their success. Everyday, remind yourself to think positively about things, to take whatever happens and find something good in it, to be hopeful. Everyday when you get up realize that no matter problems you have or what worries there are in your life you are in control of your destiny and you can make a difference in anything you choose to do. Your happiness doesn't depend on someone else, it depends on you and whether your willing to accept the situations you've been given. Do not get up each morning dreading what you have to do, but look forward to the unbelievably unique lifestyle that you possess You may have stress and some complications here and there to deal with, but smile to yourself knowing that youre in charge, that you can handle your life, and that your going to make it the best you can! I found this when looking for a group this morning and thought I'd post. I do believe strongly that the mind/body connection is very real. If my mind is not in a positive place, then the body doesn't do what is needed to get done. As for the 'choice' I too think this is Huge in the grand scheme of life...a life worth living and a life with purpose.
