my new workout routine includes wearing heavy heavy layers of clothing, running and lifting until i pass our or throw up, i no it cant be the healthiest way to do it and i would never recommend it to any one ever. do not try this at home. but its how my brother used to drop weight for wrestling. it works really well for me i loose a few pounds after a work out, and i no its just water weight but if i dont allow myself to put the water weight back on then i guess it works 100%. idk there has to be a way to replace this exercise routine with a less painful one. have any personal workout tips?
