I drove around for 25m. trying to find a parking space in an already dense neighborhood. I gave up and as I was driving home I remembered an OA noon meeting. Quess what? They are using the same OA Workbook that we are using to work the steps. It was a great meeting, two questions to respond to, write on and share (if we wanted to). In the PAST, this would have been a reason to sulk, feel sorry for myself, and overeat.
