I have a job in housekeeping at a hospital and one of the areas I go into has a lot of candy. I work at night and there is no one around so I often eat candy while I am working. I want to stop this and am asking those of you out there for suggestions for a replacement in my mind so that I can focus on something else besides eating. It has become a thing I look forward to every night and is contributing to how bad I feel about myself. Any ideas?
