Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. However, OA is what works for me. There is always something more to discover/uncover about myself. I thrive in group settings, mutual sharing and discovery, and working with others.

i am very keen to work through ao, but i still keep getting an niggling thought int he background say ing should you try this diet or that diet again - event though i know its not the answer
Weight Watchers - Worked, just didn't stick with it. Never learned how to eat healthy.
