This topic concerns social eating. No, not things like pot lucks. I mean for instance my husband and I love to play cards. I usually snack whilst we are playing cards. I have realized this but don't know how to stop it. It has been going on for years. I want to keep on playing cards but cut out that snacking. Any suggestions? This is like smoking or drinking in social situations I think or at least somewhat similar. (I'm a former smoker). So do I need to give up my card games or what? ANY suggestions will be taken seriously. Thanks.
