I think the pamphlet is called dignity of choice. It's an OA pamphlet. Has anyone seen it? It is good? I am looking for something to lead me to a better abstinence. I have been keeping track of my food since September 21 and realize I overeat on some things and not enough of other things. I insurance will NOT pay for a nutritionist so I can't go to one. I need something besides a food pyramid to tell me how/what to eat. Food pyramids don't make much sense to me anyway. I need examples and such. NOT A DIET for diet is DIE with a "T" and something I can NOT stick to. I just need a better abstinence that i can live with and right now that means something different but I am not sure what exactly. For now I will stick to my plan of eating I've got. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks.
