I was wondering if you all could suggest something for me. I have a problem. The last 5 days I have been working out on the treadmill and another machine at the fitness center. I eat a good breakfast and take my meds before I go. Anyway to make a long story short when I get back I am HUNGRY. I don't know why this is since I eat a good breakfast and no drinking more water does not make me less hungry. My stomach is still complaining. Realistically I don't think I should be hungry after my workout because of the breakfast I ate. Thoughts or suggestions anyone? I try to avoid snacking during the day as it only leads to compulsive overeating for me so I don't handle snacks very well.
