hebbie jeebies? No.
This is a #2 issue baby. What gives you the awkward runs? Or just very loose fiberous #2s?
I made some vegan congee last night-> brown rice, quinoa, Lots of water, Bragg's, a cube of vegan Not-chicken broth, a bit of sesame oil, some canned straw mushrooms and some frozen stir fry veggies.
And this morning...life is awkward.
The only thing that i can think of is the high sodium content in the broth cube, and possibly the canned mushrooms. (I seem to have an adverse reaction to canned things, especially soups.)
If anyone has any idea what it could be, or knows what their triggers are let's share 'em.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
And yes, this is pretty normal to how I eat. I have a hard time finding balance within my diet. I tend to be more into veggies, grains and fruit.
I'm trying to avoid gluten so breads are difficult at present-i do get gluten free things but you have to really watch that they don't have dairy in them. Though if they do I don't beat myself up about it.
