there are so many different vitamins that everyone says i need to take. i have been vegetarian for 5 months and haven't taken one!! i know, i feel bad....that's bc im confuzzled and i dont want to end up taking a protein vitamin, an iron vitamin, an 0maga 3 vitamin, and 100 other vitamins every single day. I HATE PILLS!!!!!!!!!! so plz.....someone tell me is there only one that really matters, or even better-is there a multi that would be good or one specific for vegetarians and where can i get it.
