Hi, I am a vegetarian(no red meat, no chicken, no fish) for 3 years, and have been borderline vegan for 6-8 months. I am now seriously thinking about going back to eating more dairy(only organic!) and some fish(however fish are sold in a "green" way). I do not want to, but I have been having alot of health issues lately (I may be hypoglycemic or I may have a gluten or wheat allergy, I am in the process of figuring it out with my doctor). It's wrecking havoc on my brain that I may have to go back to eating fish to open the door to more things to eat, if I do have one of these allergies. Is anyone here vegetarian/vegan and also gluten-free, wheat-free or hypoglycemic? If you are, please help me understand that there will still be LOTS of options to eat, without adding fish back. Please please please convince me! Thank you!
