I have recently become a vegetarian and I am intent on having as healthy a diet as possible, eating good substitutes to ensure good health. I am anemic and one of my main concerns is my iron intake will be even lower now. I am aware that spinach and cherry tomatos are a good source of iron but what else. How do you guys stay healthy? I am also aware that fish is an option, howvever I strongly dislike it- I will force myself to have the odd tuna sandwich but I want to avoid anymore that really necessary. Thanks in advance!
