I would like any advice on how to stay with a vegetarian diet. I only recently gave this thought and thought I could try it out. I took a pledge for 30 days to be come a vegetarian. But I'm not so sure if I'm able to give the taste of meat up. Any suggestions on what you think tastes good as a substitute for meat? Or are there any certain foods that can't be eaten but are considered vegetarian by people who aren't? But any certain advice for a new comer, on what to expect at first. Cause I think if I can make it through these 30 days I could continue on.
