I've noticed since I became vegan that I'm more likely to crash just completely out of nowhere. I don't know if my blood sugar is dropping or what and I'm trying to make sure I get more healthy snacking in between meals. At first I thought maybe I was going through dairy and egg withdrawal (f that's even possible) but I was on a detox for a few days prior, so that doesn't seem quite right. Any recommendations for something I can eat with breakfast to keep from a sudden energy drop?
