Hi all, new to this group, looking forward to talking to all of you. I have decided to go vegetarian for many reasons, are there foods to flat out avoid aside from meats and possibly cheeses? I am looking to lose weight, I know some who go vegetarian actually gain weight, is that because of breads and things? I am trying to eat fiber, grains, and no white foods or junk food. I do love Breyer's Free Ice Cream, is that still okay to eat in moderation? Any advice would be helpful...Thanks all!
