varicose veins caused by soda?

hi everyone,

I have been suffering from varicose veins for a while now and
i just read from this post ( ) that drinking too much soda can cause varicose veins.

is this true? i am wondering if anyone else thought or heard of this as well. i guess this is just one more thing to worry about. :( thanks

No responses?

I went to the doctor a few ago and asked him about VV and soda. he doesn't think soda has anything to do with vv, but i'm still kind of worried.

please anyone have any thoughts? thanks

Ok, nevermind, i've been looking around again and this doctor as a question and answer page on VV ( ) and from the looks of it, soda does not cause or make VV worse.

i'm still worried, but for now i guess i have some peace of mind. =/

any thoughts? anyone?

I'm waiting for the oncologist to call back for an appointment, and will hear in the next few days. Who knew. Ha!
