Is it just me, or do you have to be stopped at least ten times when you go to do your shopping? At first I thought it was neat. But that lasted about a month. My girls are two no and it never fails.....somebodys brothers' friends' 2nd cousins' sister had a set of twins and thinks I want to hear about it. I try not to make eye contact, but I still get stopped. I'm not trying to be rude, but it's not an easy task shopping with one two year old let alone 2 of them. I want to get in and out. I don't mind talking to other parents of twins, it's actually a welcomed conversation. Everyone says "oh, identical" or "oh are they twins". My girls are not identical, though they look a lot alike. I said to a few people no that they are cousins born the same day a minute apart and I when I take them out I always dress them the same. What was really funny is when they were a few months old I had people telling me they could tell them apart. That was way funny because I had to paint the toenails of one to tell and I was MOM. Does this happen to any one else? Does it stop?
