I'm almost 8 weeks with twins. I have always been very active, but had to slow down a lot during IVF. Now when I'm pregnant, I feel like exercising. Any advise? My doc told me that I can do what I did before, as long as I don't do any more or get my HR over 150 bpm. I have gone out for long walks, but I feel that I need more, especially since I eat ALL the time. I'm not so sure that running/jogging is a good idea and surfing and mountain biking is kind of out of the question. Suggestions?
