I am 20 weeks pregnant and two nights ago I woke up and the room was spinning. It was horrible. I actually got so dizzy I threw up. I had to sleep sitting up b/c anytime I laid down, I would start to spin again. This happened a couple times a month ago, but I thought it went away on it's own. I read it can be normal to some extent. Does anyone have advice on how to prevent this from happening. I will be talking to a nurse tomorrow but I don't want to spin tonight.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
