I'm wondering if anybody knows if you can self-diagnose hostile cervical mucus? I've noticed that since my daughter was born 18 months ago, whenever I have a bowel movement where I have to bear down harder, I'll get a line of what looks to be CM coming out. It changes in appearance with my cycle (opaque to EW then back to opaque), but I'm wondering if this means I have "hostile" CM, or if this is just a side effect of my cervix being stretched from childbirth? We've been TTC since Feb, so I'm trying to figure everything out before we have to "give up" and go back to the RE (it took us about 2 years to conceive my daughter, and saw the RE RIGHT before I got pregnant). I know I can take Guafenisen, but I'm worried about taking it if I DON'T have a CM problem? Any insight?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
