I'm TTC, taking this month off because I have to travel so much, but we'll be back at it around Sept 30. I know the CDC and the March of Dimes say pregnant women should be vaccinated for the flu and H1N1. I don't think either is available until October or so. My husband is very concerned about me catching either one while I'm pregnant, and my exposure is pretty much assured since I work with children from 7 different school systems. I'm torn, the injections have possible consequences too. What are y'all doing?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
