Have you ever been on the verge of a panic attack, but it hasn't hit yet, and you suddenly feel this burst of energy, like you could run a marathon in record time, but you are nervous and anxious for no reason, you feel like screaming at the top of your lungs, but curling up into the fetal position and crying your eyes out at the same time, just for the panic attack to really hit you, and then you want to crawl into a hole! A deep dark hole all by me onesy! If anyone has felt like this, please tell me. I need to feel like I am not going insane, that this is normal, as far as abnormal behavior goes that is. (Hey, I think that's a paradox!)
