I am scared to death that my 4 year old daughter is going to inherit this strange habit! Does anyone know if this chemical imbalance in our brains that causes us to pull will be passed on to our children? Sometimes I see her just touching her hair and I freak out. I know she sees me do it to my own, and she even tells me," Mommy, I know why you have to wear a wig, because you keep pulling your hair out!" I try not to let her see me pull, but when we are watching tv I kinda like go into a trance and I don't care who sees me, because I am going to pull no matter what! I do not want her to go through the embarassment of this, especially in school. Kids are so cruel- I would not want to relive high school for a million dollars! Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! I am so worried!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
