I am 26, I pull all the time since the age of 12....I wear bandanas and hats...lucky me they fit my clothing style and life style...I am ready for a change but have no money or health insurance so therapy isn't an option right now. I am also against drugs and believe that healing can come form lifestyle changes, better diet, sleeping pattern, excersize etc can do the trick, but I know I am lieing to myself big time although I know these things wouldn't hurt. I am ready for something...finally after 13 years of this. What have you experienced that seems to work for you?
