ok so there's this amazing book called THE HAIR PULLING "HABIT" AND YOU: HOW TO SOLVE THE TRICHOTILLOMANIA PUZZLE REVISED EDITION. its absolutely fantastic. it is a workbook and it gave me such relief. one of the best things in their was: if you can sit with your hands down for one minute, and stop thinking abou that itch or whatever on your body, you can do anything. if you can do it for 1 minute, you can do it for 2 and 3. and if you relaly want to pull or pick, do it. you can get it off barnes and noble.com NOT amazon.com. they sell it for way more than they should
