I always pull when I get into a fight with my boyfriend. I know it's anxiety/stress related. The problem is I don't know if splitting up would make the pulling more or less frequent. I just sometimes feel the need to eliminate everything that stresses me out. But gosh, that would include just about everything job, friends boyfriends. I just feel if I could go away for awhile I would feel so much better. He's great but I just can't handle conflict. Suggestions?
