i've been on prozac for almost a year now for dermatillomania. it worked at first, but now i need to get the dosage increased. i used to just pick and pick and not realize it, but now since i'm on meds for it, i'm aware that i'm doing it and i can stop. but, in times of stress, i can't stop at all. i'm on 20 mg as well. my psych said that it won't help if i'm stressed out.
