has anyone felt they've found relief or progress since they've started coming to this support group? do you pull less now than you did before you started on here? I'd love to hear some success stories. Does anyone have a moment in their lives where they knew they didn't have to pull anymore? or atleast you knew you were recovering. what does that feel like?
