Hello all. To know that there are other people out there dealing with the same thing I deal with is amazing. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas that they may have tried that seemed to work? I am open to anything. Pullin my hair or picking at my skin are the ways I cope with many feelings.

I don't feel so ashamed anymore.
