my 8 year old sister has a problem with pulling out her hair.. we all really dont get it. at first, the spot was really small and i thought it was maybe from her hair being pulled back in ponytails too much. then it started getting bigger, no one really thought anything of it, till my mom actually witnessed her pulling it out. my sister says all the time that she wants beautiful long hair and also thinks shes a total princess, so we're thinking, okkkkk if she thinks that then why is she pulling out her hair? the spot has gotten to a pretty big size and we're all really worried about her. shes only 8! is there anything we can do to help her? we've tried talking to her. but she cries and doesnt wanna hear it. its nearly impossible to take her to a doctor.. what can we do???? its breaking all of our hearts to see her like this..
please help. thank you!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
The promising thing is that there is help! I'm on a new treatment that helps with so many problems. It's an amino acid regimen, and I've written about it here on discussions... I'll repost. I can't emphasize how important it is to get help now, before she suffers for years. This works like nothing else has!!
If you can't find a professional who's heard of this treatment, have your physician look at www.NeuroAssist.com. There is a seminar they can do and then they can get this treatment started for her.
