I was wondering if any one has ever tried hair weaves? I have really thin hair on the top of my scalp and I want to know what the results might be, and if it actualy helps.

I have not personally used them, but we have had several gals on this site and others that say they helped them. I suggest you give it a go!!!

My daughter pulles her hair mostly on top and on one side so we got her a top piece that was weaved in, and hair extensions. We did it twice, because the first time it loosened up so quickly that it just flopped around. It enabeled her to be able to go to the beach and swim for three weeks, but then it was too loose. We had it done a second time so she could start school, but this time they did it so tight that it actually hurt her. I think it gave her the confidence to go out,so it helped for that time. She actually continued to pull, but it was not her hair. The last time it came off she decided not to do it again. She did had a lot of regrowth that appeared after the second try, but now that it is off she is pulling her own hair again. It is also very expensive, and needs to be maintained almost every four weeks.

My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
