well, finally did it...pulled like 4 lashes in the last two days. I'm devestated on one hand, but on the other, in the scheme of things, I'm still doing awesome. I just need to figure out how to stop it. Now before I just have a big "pull-fest". Anyone have helpful hints on what to do with my hands...what else to pick out or keep my hands busy...something that doesnt require "paying attention"...like sewing, knitting etc.
