I feel like I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work for me. I've been using the coping ideas my therapist gave me, but have been having trouble. Sometimes I wish I just had hair, that people would stop staring at me. Does anybody have any other strategies other than stress balls, hats, wigs, play doh or sticky tac?

Hi AllHappy to say this is day 9 of no pulling for me. I hit rock bottom on June 30th, pulling all night with no sleep. Undid a lot of new growth.
