"Forgive my ignorance" will be my disclaimer on this question... But I was just reading that one our fellow peers is suffering after some pull free time on her brows. I'm strictly a hair puller so this is why I ask so I can be more informed - does wearing glasses - even "fake" glasses that may protect your eyelashes and brows ever seem to help like wearing a hat or do rag helps me? Again, I apologize if I sound ignorant - I truly just don't know and was curious if this was something that could prove to be successful.
