Hi everyone.
Im feeling proud of my achievements today and want you all to celebrate with me. And your congratulations will help me continue, i just know it.
I have now got hair patches 7cm long or more after 5 months of being very good and keeping my hands away from my head!
So do something fun to celebrate my success and your own. Ive been to the hairdresser and had a HOLLYWOOD hair blow wave! woohoo! And now im going to have a nice glass of vino in the sun.
I am convinced healing happens when we focus on the positive, so let me know your achievements (no mater how small they seem to you) and - what are you going to do to celebrate?
When we all start focusing on our successes, what a great pool of positive energy we will be able to tap into.

thats fantastic news! We should all be thanking the universe that you're happy, as it could happen to any one of us. I'm getting there slowly. sometimes I have days (like yesterday) when I can't stop pulling. But I read your blurb and now i feel so positive I'm making it my mission to NOT pull today. The power of the mind is the most powerful thing of all :) lots of love x

Wow, thanks for this. Such a positive thought to start your day. Yesterday I was pull free 12 weeks. I'm going to celebrate by going for a horse ride, just for me, because of my accomplishment. I have been unable to share this with anyone I know in person, only people here on DS. All the best to you, and thanks for celebrating - we are fabulous darling!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
