I just cat eem to stop pulling even if it means to spend hours in front of the mirror trying to make my eyebrows 'perfect' (is that part of trich? I get obsesed with it. I have so many other habits I'm trying ti sight and it seems to so hard to fight all of them at onel I want to desperately stop. Does anyone work with just stopping with one thing at a time. Like stopping with your eyelashes first then work with your eyebrows? any advice would be appreciate. Thanks!
